Contest Rules
KOHL staff members and their families are not eligible to win. Only one winner per household, mailing address or phone number is eligible to win within 30 days of previous winner regardless of promotion unless otherwise noted or stated by KOHL licensee or designee. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the final decisions of the official judging organization on all matters relating to the promotion. Prizes are awarded with the cooperation of participating donors. KOHL reserves the right to offer substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. KOHL and the Ohlone Community College District are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegal or postage due mail and/or deliveries of prizes or entries. All prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis.
By accepting prize, winner agrees that KOHL and the Ohlone Community College District have no responsibility or liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, delivery, operation, possession or use of any prize. By accepting prize, winner agrees to bear any tax liability associated with the prize and further agrees to hold harmless KOHL and the Ohlone Community College District for hardships resulting from possession, operation or use of any prize. KOHL expresses no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning prizes, and expressly disclaims any implied warranties. Winners agree to allow their name and/or likeness to be broadcast or otherwise publicized without compensation from KOHL and/or the Ohlone Community College District. Winners must be able to provide valid proof of identification if verification is required. Online listeners may be unable to participate in or at a disadvantage in participating in certain promotions due to delays in the online stream.
Prizes designated for pickup from KOHL will be held a maximum of 30 days after the date of the contest at which point the winner forfeits the prize. Prizes designated for pickup may be picked up from KOHL (click for directions) Monday through Friday during regular business hours, winner must call (510) 659-6221 prior to picking up prize to ensure a promotions representative is available.
